Descrição do cargoNative or fluent in French (C2), both oral and written. Fluency in English (C1). Minimum of a High School diploma. At least 1 year of customer service experience with a strong customer-centric approach. Proven stability in employment history. Excellent interpersonal skills and team-oriented mindset. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks. Strong attention to detail and accuracy when handling customer data. Experience with support platforms / tools (preferred). Critical thinker with problem-solving skills and the ability to resolve issues independently. Friendly, professional, and proactive communication style. Experience in retail, banking, or general customer support is a plus. Comfortable working in rotating shifts and full-time on-site. We are currently seeking a French speaker to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have Customer support experience. This is a full-time, permanent position with opportunities for growth and development within our company.
Position : Customer Support Agent
Location : Lisbon, Portugal
Work Model : On-site
Contract Type : Fixed-term (6 months)
Remuneration : Base salary plus performance-based bonuses
Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide prompt, professional support to business clients across communication channels (Phone, Email, Chat).
- Assist clients with account inquiries, including identity verification and information updates.
- Follow regulatory guidelines and internal procedures as directed by the client.
- Troubleshoot issues and deliver effective, tailored solutions to meet customer needs.
- Ensure timely follow-up and resolution of interactions to maintain high client satisfaction.
- Accurately document all interactions and updates within internal systems.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve service goals and share best practices.
