Quick Delivery Mindset : Use agile methodologies to iterate rapidly and ensure timely delivery of new features and improvements. 5+ years of Product Management experience , with 2+ years leading teams or initiatives . A passion for NFTs, Web3, and marketplace technologies , with a deep understanding of their dynamics. Experience working on B2B products , especially within marketplaces or enterprise-level solutions. Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, capable of aligning diverse teams and priorities. A proven ability to execute strategy, deliver results, and drive product adoption in a fast-paced environment. A strong UX / UI intuition to ensure the best user experience across the platform. Your Role :
- Elevate Our Vision : Build on the existing vision for Rarible and define the roadmap to deliver the best-in-class NFT marketplace experiences.
- Lead Execution : Collaborate with a strong team of front-end engineers and work cross-functionally with operations, marketing, and business development to turn vision into reality.
- Deliver Excellence : Help us create innovative solutions that address the unique needs of enterprise and blockchain clients while ensuring quick delivery of high-quality features.
- Enhance Experiences : Focus on optimizing the user journey, ensuring a seamless and exceptional experience across our B2B offerings.

What we offer :
The base salary for this position will vary based on geography and other factors. The compensation package will include base salary, stock options and a token grant. Total compensation will be $140k-$190k. Final offer amount will be at the company’s sole discretion and determined by multiple factors, including years and depth of experience and expertise, location and other business considerations.
