About the role

Our Customer Support team is the first point of contact for millions around the world, delivering fast, thoughtful help when it matters most. They're the voice of our customers, working closely with product teams to improve experiences and keep wow-level service at the heart of Revolut.

We’re looking for an experienced Subject Matter Expert/Training Specialist to conduct remote product training sessions. You'll create varied, engaging training materials and explain the most complicated things in the simplest way using your excellent communication and presentation skills.

What you'll be doing

• Designing, delivering, and managing training programmes across all employee lifecycle stages (onboarding, career progression, etc.)
• Creating and maintaining learning materials (presentations, e-learning courses) using instructional design methods to drive effective learning
• Deploying learning methods, such as coaching, job-shadowing, and online training
• Identifying training needs through KPIs, job analysis, appraisal schemes, and consultation with business managers, and actioning on the outcomes
• Developing internal L&D processes to ensure efficiency of learning projects and plans
• Monitoring the success of learning plans through comprehensive results analysis
• Providing management with records of implemented actions
• Collaborating with key stakeholders on new product and process launches
• Contributing to team development through peer evaluations and coaching

What you'll need

• Fluency in English (C1 level or higher)
• Expertise in training or instructional design
• 1+ years of experience in customer support, complaints, or FinCrime
• Experience with Google Suite and learning management systems (LMS)
• An understanding of adult learning theory and training methodologies
• The ability to design, create, implement, and maintain effective training programmes and resources
• Exceptional presentation and coaching skills with a clear, simple, and engaging manner
• Impeccable verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent time and people management skills
• Teamwork skills and a collaborative approach to learning
• Great troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Multitasking skills to manage several tasks and priorities simultaneously
• The ability to work in a fast-paced, international environment

Nice to have

• Experience in banking
• Knowledge of video and image editing
• Familiarity with data management tools, such as Metabase and Looker
