French-Speaking Customer Support Agent – Automotive Industry – Lisbon

Your responsibilities and impact as a Customer Support Agent will be :

Handle customer requests via phone and email

Provide product information and answer customer questions

Offer professional advice on product use

Manage warranty cases and ensure proper follow-up

Contribute to overall customer satisfaction with proactive solutions

Skills, qualifications and interests you need to succeed in this role :

Native level of French and at least basic English (B1)

Passion for the automotive industry

Motivation, reliability and strong commitment to work

Excellent communication and listening skills

Strong customer service orientation and attention to quality

Team spirit and openness to work with many nationalities

No specific background required, full training provided

Working hours : Full-time, 40h / week on rotating shifts (Mon-Fri, 7 AM – 6 PM)

Salary conditions :

With free accommodation in a shared flat (all bills included) : 1040€ gross / month

Without accommodation : 1240€ gross / month

Relocation package for international candidates :

Reimbursement of initial flight after 9 months

Airport pick-up upon arrival
