B2B Microsoft Account Management – French Speaker, Lisbon

Your responsibilities

Support B2B clients via phone and email on Microsoft products and services

Provide effective solutions to technical and service-related issues

Optimize clients’ tools and equipment for better performance

Identify opportunities for up-selling and cross-selling

Manage communication with decision-makers and stakeholders

Share market knowledge and highlight Microsoft’s competitive advantages

Assist new and existing clients with account-related inquiries

Your profile

Native or fluent French speaker with good English skills

Strong business acumen and customer-oriented mindset

Interest in technology and digital solutions

Negotiation and communication skills (or motivation to develop them)

Reliable, motivated, and professional in your approach

Team player with intercultural openness

Conditions and benefits

Contract : Long-term, renewable fixed-term contract

Working hours : Full-time, rotating shifts (Mon–Fri, 9 AM – 6 PM)

Salary :

1,040 € gross / month with free accommodation (shared flat, bills included)

1,240 € gross / month without accommodation

(Based on level of experience)

Relocation package :

Reimbursement of initial flight after 9 months

Airport pick-up upon arrival

Annual return flight to your home country (within the EU)

Support with paperwork and bank account setup
