We are now seeking a Revenue & Performance Manager to take ownership of our portfolio's financial and operational success.
The Role
As our Revenue & Performance Manager, you will be at the heart of driving profitability and guest satisfaction. You'll blend analytics, strategy, and creativity to optimize revenues, improve guest reviews, and help property owners achieve their goals.
This role is highly collaborative—you'll work closely with our pricing, operations, and owner success teams—while owning the key metrics that fuel our business.
What You'll Do
Drive revenue growth across a portfolio of 200+ properties.
Monitor and improve key KPIs (Occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, cancellation trends).
Implement and optimize dynamic pricing strategies in collaboration with the Revenue Management team.
Analyze guest review trends and partner with operations to boost guest satisfaction scores.
Deliver clear, data-driven insights to property owners via our Owner Success Managers.
Stay ahead of market and OTA platform changes to maximize visibility and bookings.
Contribute to budgeting, forecasting, and onboarding of new properties.
Support adoption of AI and analytics tools to scale performance.
What We're Looking For
3+ years experience in revenue management, business analysis, or finance (hospitality, property, or real estate experience is a plus).
Strong data skills (Excel, BI tools, pricing software like Pricelabs / Beyond Pricing).
Fluency in Portuguese & English (spoken and written).
A target-driven problem solver with creativity to find new ways to optimize results.
Excellent communicator—able to simplify complex data for both internal teams and property owners.
Proactive, highly organized, and comfortable managing multiple priorities.
