Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Financial Analyst in Real Estate located in Lisbon. The Financial Analyst will be responsible for conducting financial planning and analysis, preparing financial statements and reports, and evaluating financial performance. The role also includes the preparation and presentation of financial models to support investment decisions and strategic planning. The analyst will collaborate closely with various departments to ensure accurate financial forecasting and budgeting.

• Financial Planning and Analytical Skills
• Proficiency in preparing Financial Statements and Financial Reporting
• Strong Finance and investment analysis skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
• Experience in the real estate industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field
