Workster is partnering with a leading BPO company to recruit French-speaking Customer Advisor for an exciting opportunity in Lisbon or Hybrid. This is a great chance to begin your international career in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Location : Lisbon, Portugal (Hybrid work also available)

Languages Required : French (C2), English (B2–C1)

    • Your Responsibilities

  • Provide support to small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs) via live chat, email, and phone
  • Deliver professional customer service in both French and English
  • Support customers both pre- and post-sales for self-service products
  • Assist users with tools and products to improve overall customer experience
  • Identify common issues and trends and help advertisers resolve them

    • Requirements

  • Fluent French (C2) and good English (B2 minimum)
  • Willingness to relocate abroad
  • Strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset
  • Goal-oriented, proactive, and collaborative
  • European Citizenship or Residence Card for Portugal

    • Recruitment Process

  • Phone interview with Workster recruiter
  • Online language test (French and English)
  • Interview with the HR company
  • Final interview with the client
