Your Mission Will Be :

• Ensure the smooth running of office operations, facilities and supplies;
• Welcome and support visitors, suppliers, and partners;
• Coordinate travel and logistics arrangements for internal teams;
• Support HR and People Operations processes, including onboarding logistics, document management and employee administrative support;
• Maintain employee records and support internal documentation flows;
• Collaborate in internal initiatives, events and culture-driven actions;
• Be the go-to person for ensuring our workplace is functional, people-friendly, and aligned with our values.

You Will Need :

• Good communication skills and a service-oriented mindset;
• Positive, hands-on attitude and a people-first mindset;
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail;
• Good level of English.

Would Be Awesome If You Have :

• Previous experience in Office Management, Administrative Support, People/HR Operations roles;
• Training or certification in Human Resources, Office Administration or similar;
• Interest in employee experience and workplace culture.
