🧾 What You’ll Be Doing

📞 Handle inbound calls to support customer inquiries

🛥️ Guide clients through post-booking and booking management

🧳 Assist travel agents and ensure smooth booking processes

🎯 Recommend and sell travel products tailored to customer needs

💬 Provide accurate information on destinations, documentation, pricing, and more

📈 Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities to enhance service

🔍 What We’re Looking For

🗣️ Native / Fluent in Dutch (C2) and fluent in English (B2+)

💼 Experience in customer service or sales, ideally in travel or hospitality

📞 Excellent phone manner and communication skills

🧠 Problem-solver with strong attention to detail

🎯 Customer-focused mindset and multitasking ability

🧳 Familiarity with travel / booking systems is a plus

🕒 Willingness to work rotating shifts (Mon–Fri 08 : 00–18 : 00, Sat–Sun 08 : 00–17 : 00)
