Support the operational management of IB Academy training programs and learning communications, assisting in the delivery of high-quality training events and learning experiences for Investment Banking and Coverage teams
Your Main Activities Are
Assist in coordinating logistical aspects of Investment Banking and Corporate Coverage Academies training events
Provide administrative support to Learning Partners and Operations Officer during training events onsite
Assist in managing participant communication, registration tracking, and pre / post-event communication
Help maintain and update IB and CC Academies communication channels
Support data collection and reporting for impact measurement and management reporting under the guidance of senior team members
Profile and Skills to Success
Recent graduate or student
Basic knowledge of training operations, event coordination, or administrative roles
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to learn quickly
Good communication skills
Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools and willingness to learn new systems
Fluent in English
Ability to work in a dynamic, international environment and adapt to changing priorities
