Service Team Member (Waiter/Waitress) — Duro de Matar, Lisbon

We're growing our service team at Duro de Matar.

We're looking for experienced floor people who are warm, sharp, fast, and serious about hospitality. This is for someone who knows how to handle a busy room, take care of guests properly, and be part of a team that wants to build something real.

At Duro de Matar, service matters. You'll be one of the main faces of the restaurant, guiding guests through the experience, keeping energy high, and helping create the kind of atmosphere people come back for.

What we're looking for

• 3+ years of waiter/waitress or FOH experience
• Strong hospitality instincts and confidence on the floor
• Fluent English
• Portuguese strongly preferred
• Calm under pressure
• Tech-comfortable
• Guest-focused
• Bonus points if you love music and third-wave coffee
