What will you do?

Design, implement, and maintain data pipelines for ingestion, transformation, and delivery.
Work with Azure Data Factory, Azure Databricks, Synapse Analytics, and / or Microsoft Fabric to build and manage ETL / ELT workflows across batch and real-time data pipelines.
Ensure data quality, security, and governance across all pipeline stages.
Build and maintain analytics-ready datasets and semantic models to support BI, ML, and operational reporting.
Collaborate with product, AI, and business stakeholders to define data contracts and requirements.
Optimize performance, scalability, and cost of data workflows and storage.
Contribute to data cataloguing, lineage, and documentation efforts.

What are we looking for?

Between 4–7 years of experience in data engineering, analytics engineering, or a similar role.

Strong experience building data pipelines and ETL processes in cloud environments.

Hands-on experience with Azure Data Factory, Synapse, Fabric, or similar Azure-native tools.

Understanding of data governance, access control and compliance best practices.

Proficiency in SQL and data modelling for analytics and reporting use cases.

Solid Python or PySpark skills for transformation logic and orchestration.

Familiarity with dimensional modelling, star / snowflake schemas, and data marts.

Experience with Power BI, Databricks, or Delta Lake .

Ability to work cross-functionally and communicate clearly with technical and non-technical teams.
