Greenvolt is looking for a Procurement Analyst to join the Procurement team and to be responsible for the following tasks :

Developing sourcing and cost-effective strategies for the purchasing of materials and equipment used in the renewable sector;
Supports all processes of technical procurement for all Greenvolt companies for efficiency gains;
Run tenders, evaluate bids and make recommendations, based on commercial and technical facts;
Supports the assessor on selecting suppliers and making proposals regarding procurement;
Draft and review contracts, ensuring compliance with legal and organizational requirements;
Ensure compliance with delivery times and prices stipulated in the contractual phase;
Manage supplier identification and onboarding process including risk management, supplier setup, and contract management;
Forecast price trends and their impact on future activities;
Identify and mitigate risks associated with procurement activities;
Analyse spending patterns to identify areas for cost reduction and efficiency improvement;
Conducting cost analyses and setting benchmarks for improvement.

Requirements

Profile :

University Degree in Engineering with a focus on Renewable Energies;

Technical knowledge on energy;

At least 2 / 3 years of in Procurement / Supply Chain ;

Knowledge on procuring for PV and BESS will be valorised;

Precision in reviewing contracts, purchase orders, and other procurement documents;

Knowledge of MS Office (MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint);

Ability to develop and implement strategic procurement initiatives aligned with organizational goals;

Proficiency in negotiating contracts, prices, and terms with suppliers to achieve favourable outcomes for the organization;

Proficiency in English.
