Greenvolt is looking for a Procurement Analyst to join the Procurement team and to be responsible for the following tasks :
- Developing sourcing and cost-effective strategies for the purchasing of materials and equipment used in the renewable sector;
- Supports all processes of technical procurement for all Greenvolt companies for efficiency gains;
- Run tenders, evaluate bids and make recommendations, based on commercial and technical facts;
- Supports the assessor on selecting suppliers and making proposals regarding procurement;
- Draft and review contracts, ensuring compliance with legal and organizational requirements;
- Ensure compliance with delivery times and prices stipulated in the contractual phase;
- Manage supplier identification and onboarding process including risk management, supplier setup, and contract management;
- Forecast price trends and their impact on future activities;
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with procurement activities;
- Analyse spending patterns to identify areas for cost reduction and efficiency improvement;
- Conducting cost analyses and setting benchmarks for improvement.
Requirements
Profile :
University Degree in Engineering with a focus on Renewable Energies;Technical knowledge on energy;At least 2 / 3 years of in Procurement / Supply Chain ;Knowledge on procuring for PV and BESS will be valorised;Precision in reviewing contracts, purchase orders, and other procurement documents;Knowledge of MS Office (MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint);Ability to develop and implement strategic procurement initiatives aligned with organizational goals;Proficiency in negotiating contracts, prices, and terms with suppliers to achieve favourable outcomes for the organization;Proficiency in English.Benefits
