, a leading handling provider in the Business Aviation segment, is recruiting a

Junior Accounts Payable

professional to join our Headquarters team in Lisbon.

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented individual with a solid understanding of financial management to play a key role in ensuring the financial health and efficiency of our operations.

WHAT WILL BE YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES :

Manage a portfolio of suppliers;
Validate and record supplier invoices;
Reconcile supplier accounts, analyze balances, and maintain regular communication with suppliers;
Monitor supplier performance regularly;
Provide clarification regarding supplier payments;
Ensure adherence to monthly closing deadlines;
Guarantee timely execution of payments.

SOME OF OUR REQUIREMENTS :

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Management, Accounting, Finance, or a related field;

Previous experience in Accounts Payable, Finance, or Accounting roles;

Proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft Office tools;

Fluency in English, both spoken and written;

Strong analytical skills and attention to detail;

Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
