What we expect from you

• Must have strong capabilities for learning and applying newtechnologies in innovative and creative ways;
• Designing and maintaining scalable UI components and patterns inFigma.
• Partnering with developers to ensure seamless implementation oftokens components and guidelines.
• Critical thinking and deep understanding of modern web developmentpractices;
• You must be highly motivated to work in a dynamic team environmentalongside data scientists and software engineers and have solidcommunication skills.

Qualifications :

Qualifications:

• Degree or Masters degree in Digital Product Design or related areas;
• Capacity to foster a healthy stimulating work environment thatfrequently harnesses teamwork;

Essential:

• Proven experience as a UX/UI Designer or similar role.
• Experience creating and maintaining design systems reusablecomponents and UI libraries.
• Knowledge of technical constraints and guidelines as they apply todesigning for digital platforms including web iOS and Android.
• Understanding users identifying their needs from evidence andtranslating these into solutions.

Desirable (no excludable):

• Portfolio of design projects.
• Certifications or training in Product Design UX/UI Design DesignThinking Service Design UX (usability) or Research.

Personal Skills:

• Ability to adapt in a rapidly changing environment;
• Structured self-organized and collaborative way of working;
• Creativity and aptitude for problem-solving and critical thinking;
• Good level of spoken and written English.
• Decision making and team management.
