DevOps Engineer

Specialized in Team Extension, Managed Services, Custom Software, and Nearshore, we currently have a team of over 2350 professionals collaborating on national and international projects across various technologies. We are looking for a Dynatrace Expert for this project! What are we looking for?

This role is centered on advanced application and infrastructure monitoring, observability strategy, and proactive performance optimization using Dynatrace.

Main Tasks :

Implementation, configuration, and optimization of Dynatrace for full-stack monitoring (applications & infrastructure)

Design, build, and continuously enhance Dynatrace dashboards, alerts, and monitoring strategies to improve observability and reduce noise

Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand workflows, critical transactions, and performance requirements

Act as the primary point of expertise for application performance monitoring (APM) and observability practices

Manage and resolve Incidents, Service Requests, and Changes, ensuring minimal business impact

Perform deep-dive analysis of performance issues, identifying root causes and systemic improvements

Contribute to post-release validation and ensure monitoring coverage for new deployments

Drive continuous improvement through automation and scripting (e.g., shell scripts) for operational tasks

Technical Skills :

Strong expertise in Dynatrace (APM, dashboards, alerting, problem analysis)

Solid understanding of IT infrastructure (servers, networking, cloud / on-prem environments)

Hands-on experience with Red Hat Linux systems

Proficiency in shell scripting for automation and operational efficiency

Experience with incident management and production support environments

Location : Hybrid in Lisbon (open to visa sponsorship)

Language : English is mandatory
