What You'll Do : Provide top-notch customer service to

French-speaking customers, assisting with inquiries, bookings, and

resolving issues. Work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

to ensure customer satisfaction and efficient operations. Help

customers with reservations, cancellations, and modifications while

ensuring a seamless experience. Collaborate with other teams to

provide accurate and helpful information to customers. What Were

Looking For : Fluency in French (C1 / C2) with strong communication

skills. 1+ years of experience in a contact center or customer

service environment (preferred). A problem-solver with a positive

and proactive attitude. Ability to work independently and as part
