Key accountabilities :

Create infrastructure engineering definition / drawing

Analyses, develops, interprets and implements complex system design and architecture specifications, data models and diagrams for TopSky solutions

Installing, configuring, testing and maintaining operating systems, application software and system management tools (COTS and TopSky) ensuring the highest levels of systems and infrastructure availability

Liaise with project management and Design Authorities to ensure that all TopSky deployment work is completed within timelines, and to standards

Implement, Troubleshoot, manage and monitor installed systems and infrastructure

Analyses, implements, evaluates and monitors network infrastructure to ensure networks are configured to operate at optimal performance and according to TopSky needs

Administer and maintain the integrity of configuration baselines (COTS and TopSky-related) for configuration control in TopSky projects

Provide technical support to end-users and internal engineering teams and resolving technical inquiries.

Key relationships :

• Engineering teams : Collaborate with to provide engineering services to achieve delivery outcomes;

Project delivery teams : Provide engineering services to support project delivery.

Location : Quinta da Fonte, Paço de Arcos.
