Responsibilities

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced SAP SuccessFactors Learning Management Consultant with 5 to 10 years of hands-on experience in designing, implementing, and supporting SAP SuccessFactors Learning solutions across diverse global organizations. The candidate will specialize in managing the full learning lifecycle, including online, instructor-led, and blended learning programs.

• Design, implement, and support SAP SuccessFactors Learning solutions across global organizations, with a focus on the full learning lifecycle (online, instructor-led, blended learning).
• Translate business learning strategies into scalable SuccessFactors Learning solutions.
• Expertise in Learning Management configuration, content integration, compliance training, reporting, and integration with Employee Central, Performance & Goals, and third-party content providers (e.g., LinkedIn Learning, Udemy).
