We are a Microsoft Partner headquartered in Switzerland, delivering end-to-end ERP solutions with a strong focus on Business Central and cloud transformation. Our customers span multiple industries, and we are scaling our development team to support new projects and app innovation.

The Role

We are looking for experienced Business Central Developers with a proven track record in AL development and Azure-based solutions. This is a fully remote role, open to candidates across Europe, with occasional travel to Switzerland for workshops or team events.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain extensions in Business Central (AL).

Collaborate with consultants and architects to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions.

Integrate Business Central with Azure services and external platforms.

Support technical reviews, testing, and deployments for customer projects.

Drive innovation by contributing to app development and product roadmap discussions.

Core Requirements

5+ years hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV / Business Central.

Strong skills in AL programming and extension development.

Experience with Azure Functions, Logic Apps, or related Azure services.

Solid understanding of integrations, APIs, and performance optimization.

Fluent English (German is a plus).

Nice-to-Have

Experience publishing apps on AppSource.

Familiarity with GitHub for source control and DevOps pipelines.

Previous exposure to CI / CD in a Microsoft ecosystem.
