Then become part of our Foundry and Machining team as a Process Engineer at our plant in Albergaria-a-Velha.

Your tasks:

• Plan, coordinate, and control technical activities in the Foundry/Machining area to improve efficiency, safety and quality;
• Ensure the proper operation of Foundry/Machining equipment;
• Participate in the process of acquiring new equipment;
• Coordinate and collaborate in the activities carried out by the maintenance team;
• Monitor, detect and report human resource needs to the head of Foundry and Machining;
• Support in training new employees;
• Support in the strategic management of people and teams;
• Ensure the implementation and standardization of Lean tools;
• Collaborate with the Manager in monitoring the progress of the monthly production budget;
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Your profile:

• Bachelor/Master degree in Engineering: Industrial Management, Mechanical, Materials or similar;
• Production management skills;
• Knowledge of Low Pressure and Brass (preferred);
• Knowledge of Machining and Robotics (preferred);
• Experience with SAP (preferred);
• Google tools command;
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills both in Portuguese and English;
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills;
• Good leadership, communication and teamwork skills.
