- First significant expertise on APPIAN's based applications

- Strong analytical and problem-solving expertise to identify and address process inefficiencies

- expertise in business process modeling and mapping tools

- Familiarity with process improvement methodologies, such as Lean or Six Sigma

Service Qualifications:

-- Proven expertise in business process analysis and design

- Expertise in cross-functional teams

- English environment mandatory

- French environment would be a plus
