We're hiring a German-speaking Customer Service Representative to join the remote team in Porto! Work from the comfort of your home while supporting a top global travel & tourism brand. If you have a flair for customer care and sales, this is your opportunity to thrive!

Location : Porto (Work from Home)

Employment Type : Fixed-term contract (6 months) – potential for extension or permanent placement

Industry : Outsourcing / BPO – Travel & Tourism

Languages : German (C2) & English (B2+)

Compensation : Base salary + performance bonuses

🧾 Key Responsibilities

📞 Handle inbound calls and assist customers with inquiries

🛥️ Support travel agents and clients with post-booking and booking management

🧭 Provide accurate info on destinations, pricing, documentation, and boats

💬 Cross-sell and upsell products based on customer needs

🧾 Maintain service standards and ensure smooth, professional communication

🔍 Requirements

🗣️ Native / Fluent in German (C2) with good English (B2+)

📞 Previous experience in customer service or sales, preferably in travel / hospitality

📊 Strong communication and multitasking skills

🧠 Detail-oriented with a problem-solving attitude

📈 Experience in upselling and using booking systems is a plus

🕗 Available for rotational shifts (Mon–Fri 08 : 00–18 : 00, Sat–Sun 08 : 00–17 : 00)
