What You’ll Own & Deliver (Responsibilities) : Extreme Ownership : Take full accountability for your product’s success, owning everything from initial market research and vision to roadmap delivery, growth, performance measurement, and continuous improvement.

End-to-End Product Leadership : Lead the entire product lifecycle—from ideation, strategic roadmap, and go-to-market, to launch, optimization, and scaling—balancing speed, quality, and customer value.

Growth Champion : Own and execute strategies, applying rigorous experimentation and analytics to drive growth.

Customer & Market Insight : Conduct deep market and user research, lead the Voice of the Customer, and apply Jobs-to-be-Done frameworks to translate real user problems into compelling product requirements and user stories.

Requirements & Communication Mastery : Set priorities strategically, write clear and actionable Product Requirement Documents (PRDs), and consistently communicate the product vision, roadmap, and impact persuasively to stakeholders and leadership.

Data-Informed Decision Making : Utilize quantitative and qualitative data to extract insights, track metrics, and inform roadmap prioritization.

Cross-Functional Team Leadership : Inspire and align engineers, designers, analysts, marketers, and offshore teams through clear sprint planning, collaboration, and removing blockers to deliver high-quality products on schedule.

AI & ML Innovation : Stay at the forefront of AI technologies (NLP, Speech, Computer Vision), identifying innovative opportunities to integrate into the marketplace and differentiate the product.

Stakeholder Collaboration & Influence : Build strong partnerships, manage competing priorities, and influence without formal authority to drive alignment and successful outcomes.

What You Bring to the Table (Skills & Experience) : Bachelor’s degree (Preferred : BA / Management, Computer Science, Data Analysis / Science or equivalent).

4+ years of experience managing SaaS, Marketplace, APIs, or similarly technical products with demonstrated impact on growth and customer value.

Proven track record of fully owning product outcomes, showing accountability for successes and learning from setbacks with a proactive growth mindset.

Ability to guide strategy, clarify complex requirements, and provide thought leadership to teams.

Hands-on experience leading SEO, SEM, and customer LTV optimization programs.

Strong command of acquisition, activation, retention, and monetization strategies with a measurement-driven approach.

Deep empathy for users supported by experience in user research, prototyping, and applying Jobs-to-be-Done methodology to solve real problems and deliver outstanding user experiences.

Skilled in SQL, and proficient with product / user analytics platforms including Google Analytics GA4, Amplitude, PowerBI, Hubspot, Microsoft Clarity, and others.

Ability to translate data into clear product decisions.

Comfortable with web technologies, APIs, 3rd-party integrations and Content Management Systems (CMS) platforms like Strapi and WordPress.

Expertise in requirements gathering, crafting clear and compelling PRDs, planning and prioritizing, and engaging storytelling for diverse audiences including executives and customers.

Skilled at aligning and collaborating with diverse stakeholder groups and teams, building consensus and balancing competing needs with grace, influence and strategic insight.

Agile and Lean mindset.

Resilient, flexible, curious, and agile in a fast-evolving, high-growth environment that values experimentation and continuous learning.

Exceptional ability to communicate ideas, product vision, and updates effectively and persuasively to all organizational levels.
