Descrição do cargoEngaging with candidates, guiding them through the hiring process. Handling high application volumes, collecting missing details, and managing administrative Scheduling initial shifts for new couriers. Collaborating with staffing agencies and internal teams. Meeting hiring targets and improving recruitment practices. Fluent in Dutch and English. Experience in high-volume recruitment, HR, or customer support. A proactive, problem-solving mindset in a fast-paced environment. Strong multitasking and communication skills. Work in a diverse, international team and learn from colleagues worldwide.
