Help keep a popular social media platform safe by spotting and fighting fraud! 🛡️💳

💼 Your Tasks

📄 Prepare chargeback documents using clear templates & rules
🧐 Check if users meet the risk criteria
🧾 Review ID documents to make sure they're real
🚦 Decide who gets blacklisted or whitelisted
📊 Spot new fraud trends & share your insights
❌ Investigate failed transactions
📸 Collect screenshots to build strong cases

✅ What We’re Looking For

✅ Experience in fraud or chargeback cases (tech industry is a big plus!)

💳 Knowledge of payment types like credit cards, PayPal & E-wallets

🧩 Great analytical & problem-solving skills

🤝 A team player with strong focus & ethics

⚡ Thrive in a fast-paced environment

📚 Always eager to learn and adapt
