Your Role

As a Junior Account Manager, you’ll help small and medium-sized businesses in the Netherlands grow by building strong relationships and offering smart, effective advertising guidance.

To succeed in this role, you should enjoy consultative sales, be curious and adaptable, and thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Most importantly, you care about delivering real impact for your clients.

Your Responsibilities

• Reach out to new and existing clients via phone and email
• Manage a portfolio of small business customers in the Dutch market
• Understand their goals and challenges, and provide tailored advertising strategies
• Present solutions clearly, handle objections, and close deals
• Monitor campaign performance and proactively suggest improvements
• Stay up to date with digital advertising trends and tools
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure an excellent client experience
