We are looking for an Amazing : ServiceNow Business Analyst

Seniority : 4 years

Type of position :

ServiceNow Business Analyst working closely with business and IT teams to drive process optimisation and high-quality ServiceNow solutions, begin a brigde between business requirements and technical delivery, ensuring ServiceNow implementations are aligned with ITIL standards and organisational needs.

The amazing thing you will have :

• 4+ years of hands-on experience as a Functional / Business Analyst, whith experience working with external clients, gathering requirements, being a brigde between cross functional teams;
• Fluent in English and capable of engaging colleagues and clients alike;
• Strong end-to-end understanding of the ServiceNow platform, at least 1 year working with ServiceNow;
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow core capabilities, including ITSM and at least one of : CSM, ITOM, HAM, SAM, HRSD, ERM, FSM.
• Solid knowledge of ITIL processes
• Previous experience in agile environments
• Excellent analytical thinking, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
• Ability to work autonomously within a long-term operational and support-driven context
• Ingles C1 - your stakeholders are english speakers

Hybrid work model - 2x times per week at one of the main offices in Porto or Lisbon
