The ideal candidate will be responsible for the administration, configuration, and support of our Atlassian tools, primarily our Jira Cloud platform (including Product Discovery, Tempo, and Xray). This role involves shaping and further developing the tool to meet our business needs.TasksAdminister and manage Jira instances, including user management, permissions, and project configurations.Provide technical second level support and troubleshooting for Jira-related issues.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement solutions.Drive change and further develop the tool to enhance its functionality and efficiency.Conduct training sessions and workshops for end-users to enhance their understanding and usage of Jira.Stay updated with the latest Atlassian product developments and best practices.QualificationsCompleted commercial training or a comparable degree in IT, business, or logistics.Strong knowledge of Jira administration, or willingness to learn.Experience with other Atlassian tools such as Confluence is a plus.Excellent problem-solving skills.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Experience in Agile frameworks (Scrum/SAFe) is a plus.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Adelina FrinculescuAt DACHSER, all people are welcome.
