Engineering Director – Telecom & Software Solutions

Are you a hands-on technical leader with a passion for building high-performance teams and delivering world-class telecom and software solutions? We’re looking for an Engineering Director to take the helm of our engineering function — balancing strategic vision with active involvement in architecture, design, and delivery.

This is an opportunity to shape the technical direction of mission-critical platforms used by global telecom providers, while mentoring top-tier engineering talent and staying close to the code.

What You’ll Do

• Lead & Inspire : Manage and mentor a high-performing engineering team, fostering a culture of innovation, quality, and accountability.
• Stay Hands-On : Engage directly with architecture reviews, technical design sessions, and problem-solving.
• Drive Delivery Excellence : Oversee the development of scalable, secure, and resilient telecom and software platforms.
• End-to-End Ownership : Guide the full software development lifecycle — from requirements and architecture through to deployment and operations.
• Collaborate Across Teams : Work closely with product management, solution architects, and sales engineering to align technical roadmaps with customer needs.
• Innovate for Scale : Introduce best practices in CI / CD, automated testing, and cloud-native deployment to accelerate time-to-market.
