Your role in our team

• You are responsible for planning and implementation of our Customer Service Product-Portfolio-Strategy and Product-Market-Strategy
• You are responsible for the harmonization and further development of the entire service portfolio and service contracts. The focus is on spare parts.
• You are responsible for the development and implementation of spare parts pricing models and strategies to optimize sales and margins. You support the regions in analyzing market prices, taking into account the competitive environment, regions, and trends.
• You are responsible for the creation of all marketing and sales documents for international service sales in the Business Unit.
• You are the contact person for all (inter-)national service organizations of the Business Unit for Service Portfolio / Service Product Management, Spare Parts Management and Service Sales and proactively work on establishing proactive Service Sales.
• You are responsibly contributing to the development of the global service strategy
• You design and implement specific roll-out workshops and service sales briefings
• You prepare market and competitor analyses together with our regional Service organizations.
