The Role

This is not an office job. You will be on the floor, present with our guests and our team, turning service into memory.

Your responsibilities will be :

• Shaping the rhythm of our restaurants, bars, and in-villa dining so that every moment feels seamless.
• Leading and mentoring a young, motivated team, building confidence and pride in service.
• Working hand-in-hand with our chefs to ensure dishes are not just served, but presented as experiences.
• Keeping a sharp eye on detail—from the music at sunset to the last espresso after dinner.
• Managing the operational side (schedules, inventory, cost control), but never letting numbers overshadow the soul of hospitality.
