Role Overview :

We are looking for a Platform Engineer to join our Architecture, Platform Engineering & Infrastructure Team. Reporting to the Area Coordinator, the Platform Engineer’s mission is to continuously modernize the practice of building and operating common infrastructure services as products that evolve to satisfy software development and delivery.

As a part of your job, you will be responsible for :

• Develop the platform infrastructure services;
• Designing & implementing the infrastructure services as products;
• Automating the infrastructure products development lifecycle;
• Working with the dev team to understand requirements for the application infrastructure;
• Making appropriate updates in infrastructure and applications (ex : testing to verify that the infrastructure can handle the expected load and can recover from failures);
• Manage internal customers expectations, by continuously track services over user level satisfaction;
