AI Workflow Architect

We are seeking an AI Workflow Architect to design, implement, and continuously improve intelligent workflows that enhance productivity, streamline operations, and unlock new value across our business. This role combines process architecture, automation strategy, and applied AI expertise to ensure that human and machine collaboration drives measurable impact.

As the AI Workflow Architect, you will be responsible for mapping organizational processes, identifying opportunities for AI / automation integration, and building scalable workflows that align with business goals. You will act as the bridge between operations, technology, and leadership—ensuring that AI solutions are practical, ethical, and future-proof.

Key Responsibilities

• Workflow Design & Optimization
• Analyze current business processes and identify inefficiencies.
• Design AI-enhanced workflows that improve speed, accuracy, and scalability.
• Document and standardize processes into clear, repeatable frameworks.
• AI & Automation Integration
• Evaluate and deploy AI tools (e.g., LLMs, RPA, workflow automation platforms).
• Create proof-of-concepts and pilot programs to test new AI-enabled workflows.
• Integrate AI solutions seamlessly with existing systems (CRM, ERP, HRIS, etc.).
• Change Management & Adoption
• Work with teams to train and onboard them into AI-enabled processes.
• Establish metrics to measure workflow efficiency and ROI.
• Promote a culture of innovation and responsible AI adoption.
• Governance & Compliance
• Ensure AI workflows comply with data privacy (GDPR) and ethical guidelines.
• Build monitoring systems to track performance, risk, and accuracy.
• Stay ahead of emerging AI trends and regulations to future-proof operations.
