Front Office Agent(M/F)

We are currently seeking a passionate Front Office Agent to join the team of Pestana Viking;

The Pestana HotelGroup is the largest Portuguese hotel group with more than 100 hotels in 16 countries across three continents.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet all guests and assist them with check-in and check-out.
• Maintain a positive attitude and friendly demeanour.
• Respond to all guest questions and requests.
• Answer and forward phone calls.
• Ensure quality standards are in compliance
• Keep a tidy and orderly workspace.

Key Requirements

• Previous experience in a similar role in 4* hotels
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Planning and organising
• Ability to multitask and prioritise
• Professional appearance and attitude
• Effective verbal and written communication skills in French and English
• Team work
• Flexible regarding work schedules
• Ability to respond appropriately to diverse customers and guests
