Role : Manual Tester

Location : Hybrid, Lisbon - Portugal

Required skills :

• Experience with manual testing (planning, execution, documentation, and defect reporting)
• Knowledge of ServiceNow (incidents, change management, or relevant QA modules)
• Ability to create and maintain test cases, test scenarios, and test evidence
• Strong skills in identifying, documenting, and tracking bugs / defects
• Good communication and organizational skills to collaborate with development and business teams
• Intermediate / Advanced English (reading, writing, and speaking for documentation and meetings)
