Looking to launch your career in e-commerce and operations with real responsibility from day one ? At Accel Club , we’re building a portfolio of successful global brands — and we’re looking for a Jr. E-commerce Lead to help drive one of them forward.

This isn’t just an operations job — it’s your opportunity to step into a high-ownership role where you'll oversee performance, spot opportunities, and support decisions that directly shape brand growth. You’ll work cross-functionally with supply chain, marketing, support, and analytics to keep the brand performing at its best — operationally and strategically.

What You’ll Do

Monitor and analyze brand performance (sales, conversion rates, reviews, etc.)

Conduct audits of product listings and recommend optimizations

Track marketplace and industry changes to ensure brand compliance and competitiveness

Coordinate with internal teams on supply, support, brand management, and marketing operations

Collaborate on pricing strategies, product opportunities, and growth initiatives

Help maintain account health and proactively resolve operational issues

Support onboarding of new brands and expansion across marketplaces

Track competitors and provide actionable insights on trends and white-space opportunities

✅ What You Bring

2–4 years of experience in operations, e-commerce, or brand support roles

Analytical mindset and comfort working with performance metrics and large datasets

Experience coordinating cross-functional projects or teams

Familiarity with Amazon or other e-commerce marketplaces is a strong plus

Solid Excel or spreadsheet modeling skills

Fluent in English , both written and spoken

Self-starter with curiosity, ownership , and a desire to grow quickly in an entrepreneurial environment

The Ops team is the engine behind our brands’ growth. We own the P&L , making data-driven decisions on pricing, product assortment, and sales strategy. Whether it's expanding to new markets, optimizing listings, or managing marketplace performance, we drive impact through collaboration and insight. If you’re analytical, entrepreneurial, and excited to turn insight into action, the Ops team is where you’ll thrive.
