Dynamics 365 Functional F&O Senior Consultant (Relocate to Malta/Big 4)

The role calls for a motivated and skilled Dynamics 365 F&O Functional Consultant to be a part of a dynamic D365 consultancy services team. Job Location: Silema, Malta Work Type: Hybrid Job Type: Full-time, Permanent Working Hours: GMT +1 Salary: Base + Benefits (Paid in Euros €) Relocation: VISA & Relocation Package Included Requirements Ideally Educated to degree level Ideally Microsoft Dynamics certifications such as Microsoft Dynamics 365 Core Finance and Operations and Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and or Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management Functional Consultant Associate At least 6 years’ experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Finance & Operations (D365FO) or 5 end to end implementation projects Exposure to presales activities would be an added value Conducting functional interviews Mentoring juniors Some technical knowledge would be considered as an asset. RSAT knowledge would be considered as an asset. Prepared to travel on frequent basis Experience/Knowledge about ERP implementation methodologies and have strong analytical acumen Experience on operating in Shared Services or nearshore teams is an added asset Ability to perform under minimal supervision and perform in changing environments Excellent written and verbal English language skills. Additional fluency in one or more of the following languages is preferred: French Spanish German Italian Experience with (D365FO) interfaces and Integrations Good understanding of industry processes, principles, functionality & systems for their chosen specialism Beneficial to have experience of LCS and Azure DevOps Good MS Office skills (primarily Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; Visio is a plus) Experience with Business Intelligence (BI) a plus Experience in consulting and very good presentation skills Responsibilities The D365 Finance & Operations Functional Consultant will: Show expertise in any or several of the following D365FO functional areas: Finance Project Operations Warehouse Field Service Delivery of D365 FO end-to-end implementation projects including design, configuration, testing, training, cutover, post go-live support & reporting Work with onsite engagement team & client team to gather requirements, determine expectations & finalise deliverables Ensure quality project delivery of deliverables produced and demonstrate experience in system and functional testing Demonstrate excellent foundational consulting skills, including analytical knowhow, written & verbal communication & team participation. Involvement with D365FO interfaces and Integrations Ability to gather and document functional requirements and complete gap/fit analysis Demonstrate Awareness of scope (creep) and use of change control Leading the solution on a work stream, making design decisions and creating solution documentation Delivery of end-user training to clients and colleagues Provide on-site support and assistance throughout delivery and go-live phases of project Occasional involvement in responding to RFPs and RFQs would be beneficial Identify practice development activities and help in defining how these will be delivered Carry out additional duties as may occur from time to time as instructed and agreed by Directors Ensure timely completion of internal processes and mandatory training Represent our clients MBS in a professional and positive manner at all times Have awareness of product roadmap and the content of future releases of D365FO Demonstrate awareness around upselling and company capabilities The Employee is required to follow our clients Information Security Policies (ISP and ISMP) at all times.
