The Opportunity

We’re looking for a Customer Success Engineer (SASE) to join a global cybersecurity leader on a 12-month contract. This is a business-critical role supporting enterprise customers to deploy, optimise and scale secure access and cloud security solutions.

This is not a traditional customer success role, it’s a highly technical, customer-facing engineering position where you’ll act as a trusted advisor to security and networking teams.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Acting as the day-to-day technical contact for enterprise customers
• Supporting implementation and integration of SASE and cloud security solutions
• Driving adoption and helping customers maximise value from their security investments
• Troubleshooting networking and security challenges
• Managing escalations and coordinating with engineering teams for resolution
• Advising on best practices for cloud security governance and change management
• Identifying risks and helping customers build mitigation plans
• Becoming a subject matter expert in SASE technologies

What We’re Looking For

Experience

• 5+ years in a technical role such as security engineering, network engineering, technical consulting or post-sales support
• Strong customer-facing experience in enterprise environments

Technical Skills

• Solid understanding of networking and security fundamentals
• Experience with firewalls, routers, switches and VPN technologies
• Knowledge of SASE architecture and cloud security concepts
• Familiarity with CASB and DLP solutions
• Strong grasp of routing protocols (BGP, OSPF, EIGRP)
• Experience with IPSEC, SSL, PKI and authentication protocols (SAML, SSO, LDAP, RADIUS)
• Linux knowledge (Bash/Python beneficial)
