Descrição do cargoOwn and influence Act as a subject matter expert across entire codebases, driving high standards for code quality, design, and testing. Partner with product and engineering leadership to evaluate technical trade-offs and align platform decisions with business goals. Identify opportunities for Set and promote Provide mentorship and technical leadership to engineers, upskilling teams and contributing to a high-performance culture. Make informed build vs. buy vs. partner decisions based on long-term value and technical feasibility. Collaborate across disciplines to ensure consistency in delivery and to champion engineering excellence across the organisation. Extensive experience in Strong architectural knowledge and hands-on experience building scalable, performant mobile systems. A solid track record of Proven experience leading the design and delivery of complex, business-critical applications. Ability to mentor engineers and cultivate a culture of engineering quality, ownership, and continuous improvement. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence across teams and present ideas to technical and non-technical stakeholders. Passion for learning and staying ahead of industry trends, tools, and practices. Experience leading cross-platform or hybrid app strategy. Familiarity with CI / CD pipelines, automation, and mobile DevOps practices. Background working in large-scale consumer product environments (e.g. streaming, e-commerce, etc.).
