Compensation : Base salary + bonuses + relocation support

💼 Responsibilities :

📞 Communicate with users via phone, email, and chat

🛠️ Troubleshoot issues and provide clear, helpful solutions

⏱️ Resolve inquiries efficiently within set timelines

🔁 Escalate complex cases when needed to other departments

📋 Document actions and categorize bugs or technical issues

🤝 Collaborate with teammates to ensure customer satisfaction

🧾 Maintain and update relevant administrative forms

🎯 Requirements :

• ️ Native / fluent in Dutch (C1) and fluent in English (B2+)
• ️ Strong written and verbal communication skills
• ️ Ability to simplify complex or technical concepts
• ️ Resilient, solution-oriented, and calm under pressure
• ️ Team player who can also work independently
• ️ No previous contact center experience required
