Role

We are launching a new AI product in the Utilities category and seek a Managing Director to oversee daily operations, execution, and team building.

Profit Share

This role offers profit sharing and stock options, details of which will be shared during the interview.

The Team

You will build a high-talent team in our fast-paced, remote environment.

About You

You are a hands-on leader with extensive experience in D2C digital products, especially subscriptions. You excel in growth, innovation, and managing cross-departmental teams, with a strong understanding of engineering, product, marketing, and growth strategies.

What You’ll Do

• Develop and execute growth initiatives to expand the business and improve market position.
• Lead cross-functional teams across engineering, product, marketing, and sales.
• Drive revenue and profitability while managing operational costs.
• Oversee product lifecycle from ideation to launch, ensuring market fit and quality.
• Collaborate with engineering to deliver innovative solutions aligned with customer needs.
• Align product roadmap with business strategy and customer feedback.
• Manage marketing campaigns to support product launches and sales.
• Use data analytics to refine growth strategies and ensure sustainable revenue.
• Monitor key financial metrics like revenue, EBITDA, CAC, LTV, ROAS, ARPU, and retention to optimize performance.
