Senior Business Analyst.

Your Mission Will Be

Provide business and functional analysis support, ensuring requirements are well captured and aligned with project goals;

Manage project follow-up activities, including tracking progress against SLAs and KPIs;

Develop reports, insights, and recommendations to optimize processes and support decision-making.

You Will Need

4 years of experience as a Business Analyst / Functional Analyst, with exposure to project management follow-up;

Strong knowledge of SLAs, KPIs, and project governance practices;

Proven proficiency in requirements gathering, stakeholder management, and documentation (SQL knowledge is a plus);

Fluency in Portuguese;

CPLP nationality or an EU work permit is required.

Would Be Awesome If You Have

BSc or MSc in Computer Science / Engineering, Information Technology, or related fields;

Fluency in English.
