Python Engineer

Responsibilities

We are looking for a skilled Python Engineer who enjoys working with modern technologies and thrives in a collaborative environment.

You'll be responsible for developing and maintaining robust data pipelines, integrating and managing market data feeds, and optimizing storage and retrieval processes for efficiency. In addition, you will enhance and create advanced data visualization applications to support our analytical software.

As part of an agile development team, you will write clean, understandable, testable and maintainable code, while ensuring reliability and performance across the data platform. You'll also contribute to architectural discussions, support continuous improvement, and play a pivotal role in scaling our critical product infrastructure.

Qualifications

Besides being a true team player with a proactive mindset, we are looking for people with the following skills and experience :

• Degree in Computer Science or a related field, and / or several years of solid professional experience
• 3–7 years of experience in software engineering or data engineering
• Strong proficiency in Python development
• Hands-on experience with data manipulation libraries / frameworks such as Pandas or Polars
• Skilled in data pipeline orchestration management libraries (e.g., Airflow, Prefect)
• Experience in data visualization
• Independent and proactive working style with a strong focus on code quality
• Willingness to take on new challenges and responsibilities as the company grows
