Your Mission :

As Duty Manager, you will be the face of operational leadership during your shift, ensuring that every guest receives impeccable service and a truly personalized experience. You will act as a representative of the Executive Management Team, coordinating departments, solving challenges, and maintaining the highest standards of luxury hospitality.

What We’re Looking For :

• Proven experience in luxury hospitality (minimum 2 years in operational roles, preferably in 5-star or Forbes-rated properties).
• Solid knowledge of Opera PMS (Property Management System) and other relevant hotel software.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Deep understanding of the expectations of high-net-worth individuals and global travelers.
• Fluent in English and German (Portuguese conversational level is a plus).
• Degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, or Business Administration (preferred).
• Availability for rotating shifts (09 : 00–18 : 00 and 15 : 30–00 : 00).
• Passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences and attention to detail.
