Enkonix is an international technology consultancy and software house that specialises in building cutting-edge, custom and bespoke software solutions and platforms. We work cross-vertical, and have recently been doing some really interesting things when it comes to Agentic AI and a lot of our projects focus on business automation. We've been around since 2016, the business is currently experiencing a period of high-growth after expanding our sales function earlier in the year. We currently have offices in Lisbon and London, with further plans to open up offices in LATAM and possibly APAC before end of year.
Our clients range from SMEs all the way up to large global enterprises, throughout our history we have generally been quite cross-vertical, but a lot of our work is currently focused on Supply Chain & Logistics, Financial Services, Spectator Sport and Retail among others.
Business Analyst
Enkonix are currently looking to bring in an experienced Business Analyst that has previous experience working within a software development environment, most ideally someone who has had previous experience delivering business automation systems and workflow solutions. Responsibilities of the role generally focus on translating business goals into testable requirements, working to manage end-to-end product delivery and shaping user experience for complex processes. Very strong stakeholder and cross-functional collaboration skills will be essential here, with bonus points for any Product Management background or experience working with AI platforms previously.
The role is located in our Lisbon office and fully in office to promote best collaboration. Candidates that do not live in the local area would be liable for relocation support by the company.
Main responsibilities :
- Work with clients and product stakeholders to clarify business goals, uncover pain points, and shape high-level solution concepts.
- Translate business goals into clear product requirements and user stories.
- Interview customers and run workshops to capture needs and set priorities.
- Maintain clear, concise, and up-to-date documentation.
- Work with designers to shape simple, intuitive UX for complex logic.
- Own requirements end-to-end, from early discovery, analysis, and documentation through development, testing, and release of the ready solution.
- Manage a cross-functional team (5+ people) : coordinate tasks and track progress.
Requirements :
3+ years as a Business Analyst in a software development environment.Fluent Ukrainian and advanced level of English.Product management experience is a plus : ability to see the big picture, shape product direction, and prioritize features and trade-offs.Background delivering business automation systems (ERP, CRM, workflow / RPA).Ability to turn business goals into clear, testable requirements (user stories, acceptance criteria) and own requirements to release while collaborating with the team.Skilled at writing clear, concise, no-fluff requirement docs.Experience designing clear user flows and simple UX for complex logicExperience launching products from scratch (from discovery to release)Strong stakeholder communication : able to run workshops, interviews, and demos.Analytical and detail-oriented; comfortable with data and basic product metrics.Nice to have : experience designing or integrating AI agents.Proven cross-functional collaboration with developers, designers, QA's and project managers.Certifications (CBAP, PMI-PBA, etc.) are a plus.Conditions & Benefits.
