We are looking for a Senior Backend Developer with a passion for programming, flexibility, and a team player to integrate our VTXRM family.

Key Responsibilities :

Design, develop, and maintain backend components using C# and .NET Framework

Build and extend RESTful APIs for core services and system integrations

Lead and participate in code reviews, mentoring junior developers when needed

Conduct unit and integration testing, diagnose issues, and ensure performance

Work closely with analysts and product teams to understand business needs

Operate within Agile / Scrum methodologies, participating in sprints and planning sessions

Contribute to refactoring and improving existing systems for better maintainability and scalability

Desired Qualifications and Skills :

5+ years of backend development experience with C# and .NET Framework

Proven experience designing and consuming REST APIs

Strong knowledge of relational databases, preferably SQL Server or Oracle

Deep understanding of OOP, SOLID principles, and clean architecture

Hands-on experience with unit testing and integration testing frameworks

Proficient with Visual Studio, source control systems, and deployment practices

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to quality

Fluent English (spoken and written) is mandatory for daily communication and documentation

Nice to have / Pluses :

Exposure to .NET Core / .NET 6+ and migration projects

Experience with containerization (Docker) or CI / CD pipelines

Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure or AWS)

Knowledge or experience in the financial services industry
