The Head of Quality Engineering (QE) plays a strategic leadership role in defining and driving Zyte's overall quality vision across the entire product portfolio, with a strong emphasis on agile delivery methodologies, automation and technical leadership. This role oversees and mentors the QA team, sets high-level quality standards and ensures the seamless integration of automated testing within CI / CD pipelines. This position requires hands-on involvement with code and automation alongside management responsibilities, focusing on resource allocation, cross-team alignment, and continuous improvement of QA processes, tools and methodologies.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of QA engineers, focusing on resource allocation, cross-team alignment, and fostering professional growth
• Define implement and adjust Zyte's quality vision in collaboration with senior management and key stakeholders
• Design and implement automated API testing and regression testing strategies for product releases
• Develop and manage test data solutions to support comprehensive and scalable automated testing
• Establish and refine QE best practices, metrics, and test case management methodologies
• Drive the evaluation, selection, and implementation of quality engineering technologies and tools
• Ensure seamless integration of automated testing within CI / CD pipelines
• Collaborate with product and engineering leadership to align quality strategies with business goals
