Fundada em 2014 em Lisboa, a FORA é uma marca independente especializada no design, desenvolvimento e produção de óculos de sol e armações de alta qualidade com sede em Lisboa, Portugal. À medida que a marca continua a crescer e a expandir os seus canais de venda online e físicos, estamos à procura de um Operations Manager organizado e motivado para se juntar à nossa equipa. Esta função é fundamental para garantir o apoio ao cliente, supervisionar o preenchimento de encomendas online e de retalhistas / revendedores e otimizar as operações da empresa.

Qualificações :

  • Mínimo de 3 anos de experiência em operações, supply chain ou logística no setor da moda, lifestyle ou bens de consumo.
  • Experiência de uso das plataformas Excel, Sage e Shopify.
  • Sólidos conhecimentos de princípios de gestão de inventário e de fluxos de trabalho de fulfilment.
  • Capacidade comprovada para otimizar processos operacionais e implementar sistemas escaláveis.
  • Excelentes competências de comunicação, resolução de problemas e organização, com capacidade para trabalhar de forma transversal com várias equipas.
  • Atenção ao detalhe e orientação para dados, com foco em relatórios e monitorização de desempenho.
  • Capacidade para trabalhar num ambiente dinâmico, de rápido crescimento, gerindo múltiplas prioridades em simultâneo.
  • Fluência em Inglês e Português, outras línguas serão valorizadas.

Principais responsabilidades :

Gerir o preenchimento diário de encomendas de e-commerce e wholesale, garantindo entregas atempadas, precisas e eficientes em termos de custos.

Manter os níveis de stock em todos os canais (Sage, Shopify, armazém e lojas físicas), ao identificar de forma proativa necessidades de reposição e coordenar com fornecedores ou produção.

Apoio ao cliente através de e-mail e chat, assegurando respostas rápidas, profissionais e orientadas para soluções, que promovam a satisfação do cliente.

Garantir o cumprimento dos requisitos regulamentares, legais e aduaneiros para envios nacionais e internacionais, minimizando atrasos e riscos.

Desenvolver e otimizar processos operacionais, identificando oportunidades para aumentar a eficiência, reduzir custos e melhorar os níveis de serviço.

Gerir relações com provedores de serviços de logística externos, transportadoras e outros parceiros operacionais, negociando condições favoráveis e assegurando desempenho consistente.

Disponibilidade :

  • Full-time, 40 horas por semana.
  • Posição presencial 5 dias por semana, na nossa sede no centro de Lisboa.

    Founded in 2014 FORA is an independent brand specialised in high-quality eyewear based in Lisbon, Portugal. As the brand continues to grow its digital presence and expand across online and physical sales channels, we are seeking a highly organized and driven Operations Manager to join our team. This role is critical to ensuring a seamless customer experience by overseeing e-commerce and wholesale fulfilment, optimizing inventory management and operations across the business.

    Qualifications :

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in operations, supply chain, or logistics within fashion, lifestyle, or consumer goods sectors.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel, Sage and Shopify.
  • Solid understanding of inventory management principles and fulfilment workflows.
  • Proven ability to optimize operational processes and implement scalable systems.
  • Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally.
  • Detail-oriented with a data-driven mindset for reporting and performance tracking.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment while managing multiple priorities.
  • Fluent in English and Portuguese, additional languages are a plus.
  • Key Responsibilities :

    Manage daily e-commerce and wholesale order fulfilment to ensure timely, accurate, and cost-effective delivery.

    Monitor and maintain optimal stock levels across all channels (Sage, Shopify, warehouse and physical stores), proactively identifying replenishment needs and coordinating with suppliers or production.

    Customer support operations across email and chat, ensuring fast, professional, and solutions-oriented responses that enhance customer satisfaction.

    Ensure compliance with regulatory, legal and customs requirements for both domestic and international shipments, minimizing delays and risks.

    Develop and optimize operational processes, identifying opportunities to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and improve service levels.

    Manage relationships with third-party logistics providers, couriers, and other operational partners, negotiating favorable terms and ensuring consistent performance.

    Availability :

  • Full-time, 40 hours a week.
  • 5 days a week at our headquarters in central Lisbon.
